Selena Gomez Makes a Second Trip to the Hospital

Selena Gomez was rushed to the hospital after filming The Tonight Show Thursday night, and one trip just didn't do it -- TMz reports the starlet was taken back to an LA hospital Saturday for blood pressure issues.
The Disney star, who's dating teen sensation Justin Bieber, complained of nausea and a severe headache Thursday. The nausea component, of course, sparked a flurry of pregnancy rumors about the 18-year-old actress. And, they're totally not true. 
New reports indicate the starlet's been in and out of the hospital for blood pressure issues, but doctors have yet to figure out what's wrong.
Her rep released a statement after her overnight hospital stay Thursday, announcing that Selena was undergoing "routine tests."
An insider said no one knew anything was wrong during her talk show appearance that night. 

"She did a backstage interview and hung out with Jim Carrey after the show. The Tonight Show people didn't even know she wasn't feeling well," the source said (via Us magazine).Selena was supposed to kick off her 10-city tour at Santa Monica Place, but the concert was rescheduled for Monday. As of Sunday morning, the show had not been rescheduled again.

You can all breathe a sigh of relief now: Selena Gomez is A-OK! The starlet has been hospitalized twice over the last few days, and today she took to her Twitter to tell fans she's "feeling much better." 

She's even well enough to perform tonight, after rescheduling the performance from Friday. "Feeling much better, thank you all for being so understanding. Can't wait to see you all today at Santa Monica..." she wrote.

Still no word on what was ailing the 18-year-old -- sources have claimed everything from food poisoning, fatigue, and blood pressure issues were to blame.

Some stars prefer to sit courtside when they catch NBA games, but not Justin Bieber. The Canadian pop phenom went the low-key route Tuesday evening in Dallas, choosing to watch Game Four of the 2011 NBA Finals from the relative privacy of a luxury suite. Girlfriend Selena Gomez — who is originally from Dallas — was in tow, of course.

The pair were photographed sharing a smooch or two during the game, even if Justin looked completely focused on the court. A source told People, "They
were kissing and laughing while Selena sat on Justin's lap drinking a bottle of water. She was wildly cheering on the Mavericks while Justin pointed out great plays to her. They were very cute."

A few days ago, Selena admitted to E! Online's Marc Malkin that she's no fan of all the media attention she and Justin get: "It's horrible. It's just horrible." It's nice to see she's not letting her frustration get in the way of her PDA!

Selena Gomez is receiving death threats from envious female fans of her boyfriend Justine Bieber after steamy snaps of the teen couple on holiday in Hawaii emerged online.
The Disney star incurred the wrath of Bieber's fans, known as Belibers, after she was photographed frolicking in the sea, kissing the pop star with her legs wrapped around his waist at their recent trip to Hawaii, reports the Daily Mail.
"I'm gonna kill ya in the night underneath your smell bed," a jealous fan of the teen tweeted.
While one tweeted: "Stay away from Justin paedophile."
And another angry fan wrote: "Selena Gomez is dangerously close to a long, slow painful death."
One Facebook page: "I hate Selena Gomez cuz she is dating my man" had attracted almost 2,000 people who posted a series of derogatory comments.
While another fan warned: "If Selena Gomez breaks Justin Bieber's heart, I will break her face I will kill her without kindness."
"She is just dating Justin for fame," another wrote.
Bieber who has a huge fan base on Twitter and Facebook is named as the third most powerful entertainer in the world.

Actress Selena Gomez has attracted the fury of fans of pop sensation Justin Bieber after photos of the couple vacationing in Hawaii emerged online.
Bieber and Gomez, who previously tried to keep their romance a secret, jetted off on vacation May 23 and soon pictures of the two fooling around on a beach in Maui were published on the internet.
The photos have irked Bieber fans so much that they expressed their anger through micro-blogging site Twitter, reports femalefirst.com.
One angry follower writes: 'Dear Selena Gomez. I hate you more than life. Go jump off a cliff. K (OK)?'
Other Twitter posts were more sinister, with one girl sending a chilling warning to Gomez: 'Stay away from Justin pedophile. I'm gonna kill ya in the night underneath your smelly bed (sic).'
Another furious fan tweeted: 'Selena Gomez is dangerously close to a long, slow painful death.'

The teen couple was seen walking down to the beach yesterday -- and a shirtless Bieber even carried his gal's towel as they made their way to the water. What a gentleman.

Selena looked great in cutoff denim shorts with a fuchsia bikini top and did her part by carrying an adorable leopard print beach bag.

So, what's the occasion? Well, considering Justin was out of the country for months and months on his tour, we're guessing he owed his girlfriend some quality time together -- read "a totally awesome island getaway."

Gomez, 18, was at her sexiest ever at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards in a slinky black halter Dolce & Gabbana gown with eyebrow-raising cut-outs at the sides. There was also a thigh-high slit, giving Selena a bit of an Angelina Jolie vibe.

This is a way smarter move than, say, a stripper pole at the Teen Choice Awards. What's more, Selena's boyfriend Justin Bieber is certainly going to appreciate it.

These two didn't walk the red carpet together before the show, but they certainly made up for it while the cameras rolled.

The kiss was an added bonus to Justin's winning night. The "Baby" singer took home a slew of awards including Best Pop Album, Top Streaming Artist, Top Social Artist, Top New Artist, and Top Streaming Song (Video).
